We have established this policy for you as a customer so that you will feel safe with the personal information you have entrusted to us with.

This policy is based on the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and states and clarifies how to work and handle personal data to guarantee your rights and privacy.

Our starting point is not to process more personal data than we need for the purpose and to be able to fulfill our obligations to you.


We constantly strive to store the least possible privacy-sensitive information about you.  


We need to store certain information about you to comply with laws and agreements and to conduct customer market research.  


You have the right to object to this collection of information and personal data.  


When we ask for your personal information for the first time, you will receive information about how this will be used and how you can oppose this collection.  



What personal data do we handle?

We only process the personal data we by law have reason to process.


We do not process personal data more than we need to perform obligations under agreements, laws or agreements.

  • Notes to fulfill commitment / agreement

  • Information you have voluntarily or voluntarily entered and provided.  


How do we access your personal information?

Before we process your personal data, we always need your consent.


You always have the right to withdraw your consent.  


This means that we will no longer handle your personal data and collect new data provided that this is not required by law or agreement. 

It is important to keep in mind in the event of a revoked consent that we will not be able to fulfill the commitments and obligations we have in relation to you.  


We gain access to your personal information in the following ways

  • Information that you provide to us directly.

  • Information contained in public registers

  • Information that you provide or provide when visiting us.

  • Information that you provide when you hire one of our employees.

  • Information that you submit via our competitions.

  • Information that you provide via our events.

Does your personal data process in a secure manner?
We have developed routines and working methods for your personal data to be handled in a correct and secure manner.


Our routines are based on the premise that only those employees or persons within the company who need the tasks to perform their task should have access to them.  


We have a highly developed security system and business system that puts your privacy in focus and protects against intrusion, destruction or changes that may pose a risk to your privacy.  


How do we disclose your personal information? 

Our starting point is not to disclose your personal information to third parties if you have not consented to it, or if it is not necessary to fulfill our obligations under the agreement or law.  


In cases where we disclose personal data to third parties, we draw up confidentiality agreements / assistant agreements in accordance with current rules and ensure that the personal data is processed in a secure manner.  


When you place an order with us, your name, your desired address and your e-mail address are added to our billing system provided by FortNox. 

FortNox meets all requirements set by the Data Inspectorate (GDPR).  


If you deregister your information from further use of our invoicing system, your information will be deleted from this system.  


Purification of personal data takes place when a contact person leaves the customer company. All customers have the right, if desired, to be informed of which personal data Wannholm Media has registered about them.

How long do we store personal data?

We store your personal information for as long as necessary to comply with laws and agreements. 

In cases where the personal data is not linked to current legislation and agreements, we revise our registers once every three years to clear out obsolete personal data.



Wannholm Media is responsible for personal data, this means that we are responsible for how your personal data is processed and that your rights are taken care of.
